Aprovall is a third-party governance, risk and compliance platform covering the entire third-party lifecycle, from onboarding and assessment through continuous monitoring to offboarding. Risk is assessed across six domains: legal compliance, finance, cybersecurity, ethics, environment and human rights.

Aprovall Third Party Manager collects and analyses supplier documentation, automates assessment questionnaires, and combines internal and external data to support risk scoring, decision-making and ongoing monitoring. Flexible workflows let organisations adapt the assessment process to each third party's risk profile rather than applying one template across the whole base. Assessments are enriched with international sanctions lists, PEP data, adverse media and continuous media monitoring.

Suppliers get free access to the Aprovall Portal, where they can securely share and reuse documents and assessment responses across multiple organisations. By mutualising that information, the platform cuts repetitive requests for suppliers while giving buying organisations more reliable data.

Professional and consulting services cover assessment frameworks, risk models, workflow configuration, scoring methodologies, dashboards and monitoring processes.
