Its OSCAL-native platform supports FedRAMP, NIST RMF, ATO and continuous ATO workflows across both commercial and federal instances.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, RegScale is a privately held company of more than 100 people. It raised a $30M Series B and is backed by Washington Harbour Partners, M12 (Microsoft's venture fund), Hitachi Ventures, Ankona Capital, SYN Ventures and SineWave Ventures. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Travis Howerton.
